(hereafter referred to as “client”) and the
TüV Rheinland Hong Kong Ltd.
(hereafter referred to as “TRHK”) have concluded the following Agreement:
• The Client applies for the right to participate in the TRHK certification system.
• TRHK and the client recognize the
Testing and Certification Regulations and General Business Conditions of TRHK
as binding for both parties in all mutual business transactions. This recognition also applies to any future amendments to the above mentioned documents unless the client terminates this Agreement within one month of receipt of a notification of amendment.
The client confirms with his signature that he has received the above mentioned
documents.

• This Agreement shall be in effect for an initial term ending on December 31 st of the present year. It shall be automatically renewed for another year unless terminated in writing by one of the parties hereto on or before November 15 th of a calendar year.
