For the sales of motor vehicles and their components, approvals according to the standards of the destination countries are essential.
Our experts assist you efficiently in obtaining these approvals and provide their expertise concerning the homologation (= type approval) tests and all relevant administrative matters. This includes information about the interpretation and future development of homologation standards also of non-European countries.
 
  For Europe, TÜV Rheinland is accredited by the authorities in Germany
    (KBA), in Luxembourg(SNCT-H), in the Netherlands (RDW), in UK (VCA)
     and Ireland (NSAI). These multiple authorizations facilitate the clients of
     TÜV Rheinland to select the approvals which best fit their needs.
 
  For the Asia-Pacific region, TÜV Rheinland is accredited to perform testing
     in accordance with TRIAS (Japan) and ADR (Australian Design Rules).
  Further, the test reports of TÜV Rheinland are also recognized in countries
     and regions like Chile, Columbia, Thailand, Turkey, Israel and Hong Kong.
