| TÜV Rheinland offers
a full food grade test called "LMBG" test for all kind
of material product.
What is LMBG test?
LMBG (Lebensmittel- und Bedarfsgegenständegesetz) is German
Food & Commodities Law. If the test specimen corresponds to
the requirement of 30 and 31 LMBG, they can be verified and documented
as chemical safe and can be sold in Germany.
Prohibits the marketing of the commodities which materials contain
toxic sub-stances that can harm the human health.
Prohibits the transition of materials into food, which can be
harmful for the health or it can affect the smell, or the taste
of the food.
For the German market, German hazardous Chemicals laws shall be
applied. The tests cover all kind of material, even the product
is fabricated with the most up-dated manufacturing technology.
TÜV Rheinland will perform testing to detect its toxicity.
e. g. The Chromium plated BBQ rack, the Temperature resistance
coating (PTFE) on the cooking pan, and silicone rubber ring for
sealing the water kettle test.

- Specific material-specific test to check the danger of chemical
hazard according to German Chemicals Law.

comparable to scheduled application.
