The Pressure Vessel Inspection and Plant Safety Department offers approval services in accordance with the German Pressure Vessel Ordinance and European Norms. Besides the European market, TÜV Rheinland Group China is also officially registered in various countries and is thus able to conduct inspection and approval of boiler and pressure vessels for the American and Asian markets.

Pressure Equipment Approval
 

Approval for material producers (foundries, steel mills, aluminum- and copper manufacturing) according to the following:


1.German Pressure Vessel - Ordinary:

  • Standards explanation and interpretation and Training service (AW-Series, DIN, EN, SEW)
  • Independent 3rd party inspection service (3.1A and 3.1.C certificates)
  • Evaluation of materials in accordance with Code.
  • Manufacturing approval according to the German Pressure Vessel and Steam Boiler Code (AD 2000-W0 & TRD100)

2. Approvals for pressure equipment manufacturers (valve, boiler, vessel, gas cylinders, pipeline equipment) according the German Pressure Vessel Code:

  • Standards explanation and interpretation and Training service (AD-HP0, DIN, EN)
  • Independent 3rd party inspection service (3.1A and 3.1.C certificates)
  • Design approval, type approval
  • Manufacturer approval according to the German Pressure Vessel and Steam Boiler ordinary (AD-HP0)

ASME Inspection and Training

 

Inspection and Training are available for manufacturers of Products according to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code. This code is the most accepted regulation worldwide for designing and testing of pressure equipment.
