System Certification

A System Certification bases its processes and workflows on a management system. TÜV Rheinland Berlin Brandenburg checks whether the management system complied with the relevant norms and then issues a System Certification. A company with a quality management that has been found to fulfill the ISO Standard 9001 is entitled, for example, to call itself "ISO 9001-certified." If only parts of the enterprise are certified, certification is qualified accordingly. "ISO 9001-certified for the manufacture of mobile phones," for example. An entire range of management systems exists for the most varied tasks, see "What are norms and requirements?"

Consumers and customers gain from the System Certification an insight into and confidence in the way the company works. An ISO 9001-certified enterprise must, for example, constantly check and improve customer satisfaction. Customers with a System Certification can therefore work on the assumption that they will be taken seriously if they have problems or complaints and will receive effective assistance. In an assessment, TÜV employees carry out spot checks to see whether an enterprises fulfills the requirements specified by the relevant standard. They issue the certificate after carrying out a successful inspection. TÜV carries out renewed checks of management systems at regular interviews. It ensures thereby that all employees do in fact abide by the processes and that the management system is adapted to take any corporate changes into account. The intervals at which follow-up inspections are specified in the standard in question. We offer enterprises detailed information about TÜV Rheinland Berlin Brandenburg's system certification services for processes and management systems.
